Q2: Who could provide the Warranty Service?
A2: If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty,we will provide paid maintenance service.
Q3: How can you guarantee the quality of used/second hand machine?
A3: If the machine is used one which is out of warranty, we will test each one before shipment to ensure its function well. Test video could be provided.
Q4: How about the payment?
A4: We mainly support T/T bank transfer, Credit Card, Crypto payment like BTC, USDT, ETH also acceptable.
Q5: What is your shipping methods?
A5: We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT or the shipping agent as your request.

The TEST time and SEND THE TEST VIDEO is the number of business days we will take to process your items before shipping them. This processing includes order verification,TEST VIDEO verification, quality checking and packaging. This does not include the shipping time.
